Nursery in progress

So here we are in the third trimester FINALLY getting around to putting the nursery together. I won't show you the REAL before picture, which was a room filled with junk we should have gotten rid of years ago. So after 4 trips to Goodwill and numerous weekends reorganizing closet and garage space, we finally cleared out Baby J's room.

Since then I've been extraordinarily indecisive about what to get for her nursery, but it's been fun browsing online this whole time anyway! We wanted to keep the room blue, and from there I pieced together what I wanted it to look like. I found some fabric I loved a few months ago, and luckily I have an immensely talented mother who was able to make a crib bumper with it. Thank you for helping make Baby J's room beautiful, Mom! We also worked on putting the crib together and hanging the curtain.

I don't want to post the "after" pictures until we're more complete. Today I spent time painting and hanging things on the walls, so it's still a bit of a mess. We'll post more soon!
